At Quinta D’Azinheira, every effort is made to ensure customer satisfaction with all orders placed through the online store. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions applicable to the return of purchased products.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order, without the need to provide any reason.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been opened or used
- The bottle remains sealed and in perfect condition
- The original packaging is intact and undamaged
- The product is returned in the same condition in which it was received
Quinta D’Azinheira reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements.
3. Non-Eligible Products for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Wines or products that have been opened
- Products damaged after delivery
- Customised products or limited editions, unless a proven defect exists
- Products with damaged original packaging
4. Defective or Damaged Products in Transit
If the product is defective or has been damaged during transport, the customer must contact Quinta D’Azinheira within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, providing:
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- A description of the identified issue
Following evaluation, a replacement or refund will be proposed, as appropriate.
5. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Quinta D’Azinheira.
For accepted returns, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return process, the customer must:
- Contact Quinta D’Azinheira by email
- Await instructions for returning the product
- Send the product properly packaged to the indicated address
Returns will not be accepted without prior contact.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
If the order has already been shipped, this Returns Policy will apply.
